Parking special cruise rate expires

Due to a decision by the municipality of Amsterdam to make the city Amsterdam car-free, all discounted rates for parking for cruise passengers and event visitors will expire and will not be offered anymore as per the 1st of April 2019.
Costs for the Piet Hein garage underneath PTA are € 38.00 per day as per 1st of April 2019.

Other possibilities:
Valet Parking
A good alternative is to use valet parking via Centralparking Valet Service. You make a reservation via the website or by telephone (023-2052639). Then you call the company as soon as you arrive at PTA. They safely drive and park the car away for you. When you return from your cruise you call them again. They drive the car for you to PTA, where you can board and drive directly home. For example, costs for 10 days are € 170. For more information, please check for more information.
Parking Center Oosterdok
Parking Centrum Oosterdok, a 10-minute walk from PTA, has 1,369 parking spaces. This garage is monitored 24 hours a day by means of camera surveillance. Here you pay € 20.00 per day. For more information see
P + R Zeeburg
A good alternative is parking outside the center at P + R Zeeburg. From here you are 26 by tram 26 in five to ten minutes at Passenger Terminal Amsterdam. The P + R parking fee depends on the break-in time at the P + R. Working days: entering before 10 a.m. € 8.00 per 24 hours. Entry after 10.00 € 1.00 per 24 hours. For more information see
